    I have never seen turf in Spain and it will need a lot of water. They use gramma grass which is like our switch grass

    I have not heard that you need to contact the council UNLESS IT IS INFECTED WITH THE PALM BEETLE AND THEN YOU HAVE TO INFORM THEM AND GET A CONTRACTOR WHO IS LICENCED

    Vines, once established don't need much water but reduce the number of rods and also the leaves to aid ripening. you will need to spray for insects and fungus (sulpher spray) and reduce the bunches and the number of grape per bunch (unless you want currants)
