Telinas

Has anyone tried these shell fish delights? We first came across them at a Spanish cafe on the beach. They were not on the general menu, but lots of Spanish order them as starters. A dish of telinas in garlic with a slice of lemon - delicious. If you see them - give it a try. If I can find a picture and can manage to post it I will do.

I love tellinas - a favourite with the Spanish too. Did you know you can buy them in Mercadona supermarkets frozen? Add your own oil and garlic - cook and enjoy...............
